Construction Begins on a New QuickTrip at Marley Park

SCOTTSDALE, AZ–(Marketwire – Dec 7, 2011) – QuickTrip Corp made their first steps to acquire the land in May of 2007. Now, over four years later and with the help of Stearns Bank construction financing, Champion Partners has been able to complete the transaction to improve the 70,020 square feet destined for QuickTrip.

QuickTrip will be completed in the spring of 2012 with GCON Inc serving as the project’s general contractor.

“Breaking ground in today’s difficult financing atmosphere has been the result of a tremendous amount of effort by not only Champion staff, but also Mr. Mike Whalen at Stearns Bank, our general contractor and the real estate team at QuickTrip,” states Adam Lyons, COO of Champion Partners. “QuickTrip’s enthusiasm relating to this transaction is second to none, we’re excited to bring them a new location in 2012 as promised so many years ago.”
